How an idea, a need, an innovation or a spin off becomes a project?
Project ideas are evaluated through a process developed by Innovatum Technology Park Project arena. The process is carried out in three steps:
- Idea Phase: Can the idea be carried out?
- Evaluating Phase: What are the needs and prospects of technology, market and finance?
- Projecting Phase: The project is being built, passed through or rejected.
This method is a safe way to reach a successful result. By doing a fundamental evaluation in an early stage, companies save both resources and avoid full cost losses by projects that in the end do not carry through.
